  21. With my Insite Floptical, this happens, too, and it appears that it's the 
  22. controller watching a removable media drive to see if it has changed 
  23. disks.  I THOUGHT only the GVP controllers did this, but maybe I was 
  24. misinformed.  At any rate, if my Insite is any indication of this, it's 
  25. normal.
